Wenatchee’s Golden Bianka’s 10th Birthday gathering of her working progeny.

March 1999, California State Capital

Wenatchee’s Golden Bianka (aka Anka to her friends) is an integral part of the Wenatchee working dogs of today.  A great-great-granddaughter of Wenatchee’s original “Armando”, she continued to pass on to many of her progeny the extreme stability of temperament and tremendous heart and desire to please that made her exceptional.  Anka greeted everybody that came through the door and was sure that every visitor was there to play “Kong” with her for hours on end.  She has progeny too numerous to mention in Search and Rescue, Police, guide dogs, as well as dogs that have numerous AKC titles. The picture above shows only a portion of those progeny. She produced multiple police dogs of the highest caliber as well as incredibly stable dogs for the guide dog program. The diverse occupations of her progeny are a true testament to her character and her overall incredible stability, drives and heart.
